JBA is a professional beauty academy unlike any other and it all starts with our teachers. The academy is a member of the (American) Professional Beauty Association /PBA/. Our academy also has been chosen by the Addis Ababa bureau of education’s TEVET agency to be the examination center of COC for students from any institute with in our sub city.

Jordan Beauty academy is now located at the Bethlehem Plaza building on the 2nd Floor suite 201 and covers a space of 300 squares Ft. Our team of inspired instructors is an eclectic mix of active, employed makeup artists, including, fashion experts, cosmetic brand representatives, salon owners and microenterprise start up consulting and training experts.
JBA is the leading brand in the all rounded beauty artistry training industry in Ethiopia. We welcome students to JBA, where we offer a completely unique, global approach to beauty education. We prepare students for the fashion market and aim to pass on our proven experiences in various fashion and other shows, film and music festivals, fashion editorials, social make-up, specialization in corporate and commercial events makeup artistry. Our range of courses is aimed at both beginners and experienced students and covers all aspects that are necessary for a successful make-up artist.

We teach the basic fundamentals through advanced class room training along with high volume hands-on training. We offer the following fully accredited program .
MAKEUP
The makeup artist education at JBA Makeup & beauty Academy is a practical education with focus on technical training. We balance 30% theory with 70% practical studies as we believe that extensive practice produces the best artists.
At the beginning of each new theme, the teacher will focus on the theory behind and demonstrate on a model. The theoretic part includes an extensive compendium and oral lectures where focus is on styles, techniques, products, product ingredients and much more.
After the theoretic introduction to a new theme the students work in pairs and groups to practice the techniques. The teachers follows, corrects and supervises the students’ work on both models and face charts.
SKINCARE
